Account deletion
Delete your Leyra account or request data deletion
This page is public so app platforms, including Meta, can verify that Leyra gives people a clear way to request deletion of account-linked data.
If you can sign in
Sign in to Leyra, open Privacy controls, then choose account deletion. Leyra will either complete the deletion immediately or record a deletion request when a subscription, billing, safety, fraud-prevention or legal-retention reason needs manual review.
- Download your data export first if you want a copy.
- Delete profile memory separately if you only want to remove remembered personalisation.
- Cancel any active paid subscription from billing or Stripe before expecting paid access to stop renewing.
If you cannot sign in
Contact Leyra support and ask for account deletion. Include the email address used for your Leyra account and any Meta/Facebook app identifier only if Meta has given you one.
Email: support@leyra.uk
Leyra may ask you to verify control of the account email before completing deletion.
Meta/Facebook app data deletion instructions
If you used Leyra through Meta, Facebook, WhatsApp or a Meta developer test flow, you can request deletion by using this page as Leyra’s data deletion instructions URL:
https://leyra.uk/account/delete
You can also remove the app connection from your Meta/Facebook settings. If Meta sends Leyra a deletion request or you contact Leyra directly, Leyra will remove or anonymise account-linked Leyra data where it is no longer needed for billing, security, safety, fraud-prevention or legal reasons.
