Subscription information
Leyra Plus and Pro are monthly subscriptions handled through Stripe. They renew until cancelled. You can manage payment methods, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations from the subscription page inside your account.
Upgrades
When you move from Plus to Pro, Leyra aims to make the Pro benefits available once Stripe confirms the subscription change.
Cancellations
You can cancel through Stripe billing management. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless Stripe indicates otherwise.
Refunds
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact support from the email address used for your Leyra account. Refunds are reviewed case by case, especially where there has been a technical billing or access issue.
Daily emails
Pro users can manage daily email preferences from the account email preferences page. Some mail providers may place new recurring emails in junk or spam at first.

Contact support@leyra.uk and include the email address used for your Leyra account. Never send card details by email.
