Terms of service
These terms explain the basic rules for using Leyra. They are intentionally plain-English for the launch phase.
1. What Leyra provides
Leyra provides calm daily star-reading, moon, tarot and reflective ritual features. Readings are for reflection, wellbeing and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial, emergency, therapeutic or other professional advice.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account email, password and device secure. Use an email address you control, do not impersonate others and do not use Leyra to harass, exploit or harm anyone.
3. Personalisation and memory
Some features can use profile answers, saved readings, check-ins and preferences to make future guidance feel more relevant. Do not provide information you are not comfortable sharing with Leyra. Use available controls or contact support if you need help editing or deleting data.
4. AI-assisted writing and safety
Leyra uses AI-assisted writing with safety guardrails and review logic. Outputs may occasionally be incomplete, repetitive, incorrect or unavailable. Do not rely on Leyra for decisions that require professional judgement or urgent support.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass security, overload public pages, scrape private areas, submit malicious content, interfere with billing, reverse-engineer protected systems or use Leyra in a way that could harm another person.
6. Feedback and support
If you submit feedback, Leyra may store your message and page/device context so problems can be investigated. Do not send card details or highly sensitive material through feedback forms.
7. Availability
Leyra is an evolving launch-stage service. Features may change, pause or be removed as safety, quality, infrastructure and subscription handling improve.
8. Paid plans
Paid plans are covered by the Subscription Terms. Pricing pages and checkout should be read before subscribing.
