These terms explain the basic rules for using Leyra. They are intentionally plain-English for the launch phase.

Leyra provides calm daily star-reading, moon, tarot and reflective ritual features. Readings are for reflection, wellbeing and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial, emergency, therapeutic or other professional advice.

3 Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account email, password and device secure. Use an email address you control, do not impersonate others and do not use Leyra to harass, exploit or harm anyone.

4 Personalisation, conversation continuity and memory

Memory starts active for newly created registered accounts so Leyra can provide the companion and continuity features described in the service. Eligible signed-in conversations, profile answers, saved readings, check-ins, preferences and explicit personal details may be stored and considered for later relevant responses.

Not every statement becomes a permanent fact and not every stored detail is supplied to every response. Leyra uses source history, durable memory, confirmation candidates and longer-view summaries, while current information takes priority over older, superseded or expired information. Sensitive details may require confirmation and credential-like information is excluded from durable memory.

You remain in control. You can pause memory, remove or pause individual memory items, inspect context selection, export account data or request deletion. You may give Leyra a clear instruction to remember, keep important, change or forget one detail; ambiguous instructions do not authorise a destructive change, sensitive details remain subject to confirmation, and credentials are not accepted as memory. Existing choices are not silently re-enabled by an upgrade. Do not provide information you are not comfortable storing, and contact support if you need help using these controls.

5 AI-assisted writing and safety

Leyra uses AI-assisted writing with safety guardrails and review logic. Outputs may occasionally be incomplete, repetitive, incorrect or unavailable. Do not rely on Leyra for decisions that require professional judgement or urgent support.

6 Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass security, overload public pages, scrape private areas, submit malicious content, interfere with billing, reverse-engineer protected systems or use Leyra in a way that could harm another person.
