Mobile roadmap

Start with the calm web app. Build native only when it earns its place.

Leyra is being strengthened as an installable PWA first: fast, private, linkable and easy to improve. A fuller native or hybrid mobile app remains on the roadmap for stronger notifications, audio rituals and app-store trust when usage proves the need.

Now

PWA-first

The current priority is a reliable web app with clear install guidance, opt-in reminders, SEO discoverability and fast iteration.

Next

Hybrid feasibility

A wrapper or hybrid shell could improve store presence, push reliability and mobile polish without forking the whole product.

Later

Native depth

A fuller native app becomes attractive when audio rituals, reminders, offline packs and retention justify the extra maintenance.

Decision gates

What must be true before a fuller app build

  • Mobile PWA install and notification flows are reliable on iOS and Android.
  • Users return for morning/evening rituals without excessive prompting.
  • Audio ritual packs show enough value to justify native audio/offline support.
  • Reviews and public proof are strong enough to support app-store conversion.
  • The codebase can stay single-source, with the web product remaining the system of record.
Guardrail

No premature fork

A native or hybrid app should extend the existing Leyra experience, not create a second product that has to be rebuilt, retested and reworded separately.
