Do I need a birth time?
No. Leyra can provide a daily birth-sign reading from your date of birth. Optional birth time and place can help Pro readings feel more personal when you choose to provide them.
How are readings produced?
Leyra prepares context from your sign, tier, preferences, optional answers and reading history, then uses AI-assisted writing within positive tone and safety guardrails. Read the methodology.
Can I skip profile questions?
Yes. Profile questions are optional. Answering them helps Leyra tailor readings more closely to your current state and longer-term patterns.
Why might daily email land in junk?
Some mail providers filter new recurring emails at first. You can add no-reply@leyra.uk to your contacts or safe senders, and you can manage daily email preferences inside your account.
How does the cancer research pledge work?
For every Plus subscription, Leyra pledges 10p in every £1 it receives to cancer research and support causes. For every Pro subscription, Leyra pledges 20p in every £1 it receives. Donation reporting is intended to be published periodically as the service grows, and Leyra avoids charity logos, named partnership claims or official participation wording until permissions are confirmed.
Can I cancel paid plans?
Yes. Plus and Pro are monthly subscriptions that renew until cancelled. You can cancel from your account or Stripe billing portal. Read the subscription terms.
Does Leyra store full card details?
No. Stripe handles card payment details. Leyra stores subscription references and status so the right features can be unlocked.
Can I ask for my data to be exported or deleted?
Yes. Some profile and email controls are available inside your account, and you can contact support@leyra.uk for access, correction, export or deletion requests while fuller self-serve tooling is built.
Does Leyra use advertising trackers?
No. Leyra does not use advertising pixels or third-party marketing retargeting. Optional first-party launch analytics run only after you allow them in the browser notice.
Is there a minimum age?
Leyra is intended for adults. If you are under 18, do not create a paid account or provide reflective profile answers without appropriate parent/guardian involvement.
