Subscription terms
Leyra Plus and Pro are monthly subscriptions handled through Stripe. This page summarises renewal, cancellation and billing expectations.
Monthly renewal
Plus and Pro are monthly subscriptions. Renews until cancelled. The price shown on the pricing page is charged by Stripe according to the selected plan and billing period.
Cancellation
You can cancel from your Leyra account subscription page or Stripe billing portal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless Stripe indicates otherwise.
Upgrades, downgrades and failed payments
Plan changes are processed by Stripe. Leyra aims to update account access when Stripe confirms the subscription state. If a payment is incomplete, disputed, cancelled or fails, access may be paused, downgraded or corrected.
Card details
Leyra does not store full card details. Stripe processes payment methods and stores card data according to Stripe’s own terms and security controls.
Refunds
Refunds are reviewed case by case, especially where there has been a technical billing or access issue. Contact support@leyra.uk from the email used for your Leyra account and include the approximate charge date. Never send card details by email.
Tax/VAT
Any applicable tax, VAT or receipt details are handled through the checkout, invoice or billing portal where configured by Stripe and Leyra’s payment settings.
What paid plans unlock
Paid features can include detailed readings, moon rhythm, saved history, birthday/year-ahead guidance, tarot, email preferences and profile-memory features depending on tier. Feature availability may change during launch as Leyra improves quality and safety.
